Epiphone Les Paul Classic Honey Burst is exactly the kind of Les Paul that immediately makes you think of rock’n’roll. Classic burst look, zebra humbuckers and an open, brilliant sound – technically well reworked and excellent to play.
This Les Paul is an absolute classic with its beautiful Honey Burst finish and zebra humbuckers. You simply have to like it – it radiates so much rock’n’roll. A true burst guitar.
It has been upgraded with high-quality Gotoh locking tuners, which really benefits tuning stability.
We carefully leveled and polished the frets, as the factory fretwork was nothing special. It also received a thorough complete setup with properly adjusted action and intonation. Now it plays buttery smooth and very direct.
Sound-wise, it is really strong. Especially the open humbuckers without metal covers provide a beautifully brilliant, open tone with plenty of clarity, without losing that typical Les Paul punch.
At approx. 3.89 kg, it also has a very comfortable Les Paul weight – not too heavy, but still full and solid in tone.
In addition, the guitar has been completely shielded with copper tape, including conductive shielding paint on the underside of the pickups. Good-quality pots and Orange Drop capacitors are also installed.
The condition is excellent – minimal signs of use, overall almost like new.
