Description **
This Epi is surprisingly close to its big Gibson sister – both in tone with the Epiphone ProBuckers (sonically comparable to Burstbuckers) and in feel and build quality.
This is one of the first models from the “Inspired by Gibson” series. The Goldtop finish turned out beautifully, and overall it shows only a few signs of use.
The neck is on the chunkier side – a ’50s Rounded C – but the back has been lightly scuffed to a satin feel and now feels noticeably more comfortable. The frets were freshly leveled, and it received an extensive setup.
