Description **
This Paula is in a very nice, absolutely original condition. The chrome hardware still shines beautifully, and overall the guitar has only minimal signs of playing and a few small scratches on the back – truly impressive for its age. The finish is the classic, timeless Ebony, exactly what you’d expect from a real rock ’n’ roll Paula.
The frets are almost like new. We gave it a careful setup and dialed it in with a low action – it now plays buttery smooth and direct. The nut is cut a bit low; if you like, we’ll gladly fit a new one, but we wanted to keep it as original as possible, since these guitars are being collected nowadays.
This Epi comes from the Musico-Delicia factory (Bohemia), one of the most sought-after production sites. Typical for this production period:
