This high-quality special model from Korean production really has it all. The Unsung-made Korean guitars are in a class of their own – and this SG is a prime example!
With its chunky neck profile it sits firmly in the hand, the medium frets play super smooth, and the action is nicely low. All in all, it just feels like quality.
Top-notch specs: bound fingerboard, a Gibson 490T at the bridge and an Epiphone 57 Classic at the neck – very balanced, powerful, and bright. On top of that, it has upgraded electronics. The look in Worn Cherry with trapezoid inlays – pure SG classic!
There are a few signs of use on the back and the pickguard, plus a small ding on the back of the neck near the 1st fret. The neck joint glue area had a small crack – it was fixed properly and reglued solidly (visibly noticeable cosmetically, functionally perfect – now more stable than before!)
Bottom line: an SG with soul – not for collectors, but everything for real players.
