Description **
Here we have a barely played example of the legendary Epiphone Sheraton II. The Sheraton is considered the luxury version of the 335/DOT - with beautiful headstock inlays, gold hardware, elegant fretboard inlays, and a three-piece maple neck with binding. It looks very classy and high-end, and thanks to its flat C-profile neck it feels that way too.
This one is completely original and shows only very minor signs of use. The gold hardware has a few spots/tarnish marks. At around 3.89 kg, it’s one of the pleasantly light Sheratons.
We’ve freshly leveled and polished the frets and treated it to a full setup. Even though it was barely played, the frets still needed leveling - and now everything is spot on: perfect action, buttery-smooth playability, and a flat C neck that sits very comfortably in the hand.
Tonally, the Sheraton II is as versatile as ever: warm jazz tones, punchy blues leads, bell-like cleans - it’s all there. The original pickups suit the guitar’s character perfectly and deliver a balanced, musical sound.
