Another hardly played example of the legendary Sheraton II in excellent condition. The Sheraton is Epiphone’s luxury version of the 335 – with its elegant headstock inlays and refined fingerboard inlays, it’s a real eye-catcher.
The factory frets were barely worn, but we still leveled and polished them to a top standard. Of course it also received a full setup. The gold hardware shows a slight patina, which can happen quickly on this finish from sweat and skin oils – especially if a guitar has been sitting untouched in its case for years.
The neck, with its comfortable medium C shape, plays buttery smooth. Tonally it delivers punchy, mid-forward tones that cut through perfectly in a band mix. A guitar for the eyes, for the ears – and above all for the hands.
