Description **
Here we have a truly beautiful Fender Stratocaster from the Mexico Standard series, model year 2002. This guitar has clearly been well cared for at home, is in excellent condition, and sounds exactly the way a great Strat should: clear, snappy, and open - with that classic Strat bite.
The Agave Blue finish has a subtle metallic sparkle and looks very classy without being flashy. It pairs perfectly with the nicely grained maple neck and its silky satin finish - it feels great in the hand and instantly invites you to play. Overall, it has been played very little and feels almost like new.
We didn’t have to do much to the fretwork: it was already pretty good. We only leveled three frets specifically where needed, polished everything up nicely, and carried out a full setup. Now it’s ready to go, intonates cleanly, and plays with a comfortable action.
