Description **

Original Fender description:

“With the Vintera® II ’60s Stratocaster®, you get that unmistakable 1960s Fender vibe from the very first note.

With its alder body and maple neck, the Vintera® II ’60s Stratocaster® delivers the classic Fender tone: bell-like, clear and crisp. The slim C neck profile is based on our 1960s neck shapes and feels comfortably slim, yet still substantial in the fretting hand.

The 7.25" radius fingerboard with Vintage Tall frets has a pleasantly vintage feel and plays buttery smooth. Three vintage-style ’60s pickups produce that sought-after sweet Fender Strat sound: sparkling clear, warm and present.

For creative effects, the vintage-style synchronized tremolo is ready to go – from subtle shimmer to dive bombs. To keep the tuning stable, the vintage tuners are equipped with a modern gear ratio.

You are musically versatile, but your heart beats for the sensual queen of modern rock and pop music? Then the Vintera® II ’60s Stratocaster® is your instrument!”

The Olympic White finish really works beautifully on this guitar.

Especially worth mentioning: the neck was PLEK’d by the previous owner at Thomann – and you can feel it. The playability is extremely clean, everything feels controlled and “finished” – simply a Strat you pick up and immediately want to play.
