Hier haben wir eine richtig schöne JET JS-400 in Coral Red - eine Power Strat, die in ihrer Preisklasse erstaunlich erwachsen rüberkommt. Jet steht für sehr gute Verarbeitung und wird im Netz zu Recht hochgelobt – und ganz ehrlich: wir sehen es absolut genauso.
Die Bundierung ist werksmäßig top, das 2-Punkt-Tremolo arbeitet sauber, und die Gitarre liegt richtig gut in der Hand. Das ist eine Budget-Strat, die vom Spielgefühl her locker mit deutlich teureren Player-Modellen mithalten kann - vor allem, wenn man sie einmal sauber eingestellt hat.
Der Roasted Maple Hals fühlt sich mit seinem Modern-C und Satin Finish sehr angenehm an: nicht zu dick, nicht zu dünn, einfach „passt“. Dazu kommt dieser leichte Vintage-Touch, ohne dass sie altbacken wirkt.
Sie ist neuwertig, praktisch ungespielt, und hat von uns ein komplettes Setup bekommen. Ein Instrument, das zeigt, wie viel Qualität heute schon in dieser Preisklasse möglich ist - und das man einfach gern in die Hand nimmt.
