The ultimate Tele classic! This Squier Classic Vibe ’50s Telecaster perfectly captures the typical vintage look and authentic Tele feel. It is in excellent condition, plays beautifully, and sounds exactly the way a good Tele should: bright, open, and with a healthy dose of twang.
This one still comes from the sought-after Chinese production, which enjoys an excellent reputation among many guitarists.
A particularly nice feature of this example is the grain of the pine body. It shows beautifully through the Butterscotch Blonde finish and gives the guitar a very special vintage character.
The factory fretwork was decent, but just that – decent – and the frets showed some light signs of use. We therefore carefully leveled, recrowned, and polished the frets and then gave the guitar a complete setup. It now plays beautifully smooth with a very comfortable action.
A Tele that is simply fun to play – honest, direct, and classic.
