Description **
The ultimate Tele classic! This Squier Classic Vibe ’50s Telecaster nails the typical vintage look and authentic Tele feel. It’s nearly like new, perfectly dialed in, and sounds exactly the way a good Tele should – wiry, open, and with that wonderful dose of twang.
When the previous owner swapped the saddles, a few fine scratches ended up on the bridge plate – but they’re barely noticeable. In return, the guitar now has compensated brass saddles, which noticeably improves intonation and playing comfort. The grain of the pine body on this one is especially beautiful and gives the classic a classy touch.
The factory fretwork is surprisingly good, but if you want it absolutely perfect, you can of course still have the frets leveled and polished.
We gave it a full setup – now it plays really smoothly, with a very comfortable action.
A Tele that’s simply fun – honest, direct, and classic.
