This rare Squier has already lived at least one life. It has been played, but it is by no means worn out.

The previous owner had applied a Fender decal to the headstock and a Custom Shop sticker to the back. The stamped serial number was still legible, and the outline of the original Squier logo can still be seen on the front.

We removed the Fender logos – they had been applied rather clumsily anyway. The neck plate has been replaced with a black one featuring a Fender logo. The toggle switch was relocated, and the resulting hole in the pickguard was covered with a sticker. The bridge saddles were also replaced with black ones.

We levelled the frets and gave the guitar a proper setup. It now plays really nicely. The Duncan Designed pickups deliver a powerful and very convincing sound. These pickups are quite sought-after.

A genuine player for the stage – honest, full of character and absolutely usable.
