🎸 Applause Strat with F-60s Headstock – Pre-Lawsuit, Late 1980sBuilt by Kaman/Ovation under the Applause label – so this isn’t just some no-name knockoff. Back in the day, this model was positioned in the mid-range market, definitely not entry-level junk.

The moment you pick it up, you get that authentic vintage feel.

The neck is a flat, classic 60s-style profile – frets are low but not too narrow. It plays great and feels smooth in the hand thanks to the light satin finish.

The Torino Red body has a relatively thin finish. The tremolo bridge sits flush on the body – unfortunately, the tremolo arm is missing.

Tuners are solid mid-range quality and work just fine. The original single coils are still in place and deliver a true Strat tone.

The electronics are fairly basic – simple but functional. There’s definitely room to upgrade if desired, but we’ve left the guitar in original condition for now. If you're interested, we can include a second loaded pickguard with high-quality pickups and upgraded electronics – the original parts will of course stay with the guitar.

Bottom line:A fun, great-looking guitar with rare vintage roots and real character.
